Lua Nova

Lua Nova is a publication of the Centro de Estudos da Cultura Contemporânea (CEDEC) and was founded in 1984 as a debate and action magazine on the main issues that mobilized society at the time. Starting in 1988, with issue 15, it took on its current format, with issues focused on thematic groups and basic themes, both in the analysis and in the theoretical foundation on basic themes: democracy relative to three basic fields. , citizenship and rights.
